Sitting on 90 acres, Farm House Cottage is over 100 years old and has been carefully updated to provide a completely private cottage experience for you and your family.

In summer, relax on the sprawling lawns or around the private in ground, heated pool. Walk down to the very private sandy beach where you can swim in the warm ocean waters of John Bay or, just wander around the fields on the property.

You can walk along the shore of the private river or bring your canoe and paddle down to the bay. In the fall watch the ducks and geese as they start their migration south after which, you can cozy up to the fireplace and read a good book or watch the satellite television.

IOf course, you will want to watch the sunset every evening from the patio as you relax at the end of another idyllic day.

The cottage features 2 and one half bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms plus a Futon in the den. There is also a separate bunk house that will sleep a couple of kids (or the adventuresome).
