The red-roofed cottage was built in 2002. The main floor is approximately 1250 square feet. There are two main bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom including a tub with a shower. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds. The third bed room has a bunk bed and the third bathroom has a large shower unit.

The cottage comfortably accommodates six. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a good size pantry. You will also find a washer and dryer at Emily's Vineyard.The small office off the main room has a high speed wireless internet modem for your convenience and use. The new flat screen television is connected to a satellite dish or cable to give a choice of stations.

There is a deck at each entrance and patio furniture on the deck on the sunset side of the cottage. You can cook your steaks on the new barbeque .

This cottage is on a little over an acre right on the waterfront of Wallace Bay. The summer sunrise shines into the large great room, giving a wonderful start to breakfast with a marvelous view over the bay. The vineyard as such is still distinctly modest, but will be expanded over the coming years. The lawn slopes down to a bank, and there are steps to the beach.
